Deaf-Blind Project
The Pennsylvania Deaf-Blind Project is a statewide program that offers the following services for families of children and youth who are deaf-blind (i.e. have combined vision and hearing needs) and the professionals who serve them:
• Technical assistance (TA) and consultation onsite or remotely
• Trainings and in-services (statewide, online, and at local request)
• TA may focus on an individual, teams, and/or general practice and training needs
• Deaf-Blind Information, resources, and training
